Then there are smaller, down-to-earth firms that are approachable and accommodating at every stage.
The problem is, it’s hard to find both qualities in one builder, which means that the overall project experience is lacking in one way or another.

We craft every nut, bolt and beam to perfection and check the site for defects over and over again, but we’re also free to chat any time, keep calm when latent issues (inevitably) rear their head, and work with you to make your vision a reality.

Hussein Sheeth
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Hussein leads SHEETH with a focus on clearing roadblocks, supporting his team, and driving the company toward its strategic goals. With extensive experience across commercial fit-out and construction, he brings a rare balance of hands-on problem-solving and big-picture vision.
His career began building alongside his father and advanced rapidly at a renowned Tier-2 Construction Firm, where he rose from Cadet to Construction Manager overseeing more than $50 million in annual projects. Hussein holds a degree in Construction Management, an Advanced Diploma in Structural Engineering, and builder licences across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, WA, and SA.
Under his leadership, SHEETH has grown to a national team of 30+ and delivered hundreds of projects while upholding strong company values. He’s passionate about helping people succeed and creating a safe, supportive, and value-driven construction environment.
Outside of work, Hussein is a proud husband and father of three.
Hussein Zahr
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Hussein is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Director with over 15 years of experience guiding businesses across a range of industries through growth, transformation and financial performance. He brings extensive expertise in strategic financial management, business planning, forecasting, funding, and tax optimisation.
Throughout his career, Hussein has worked alongside numerous family-owned, national and multinational organisations, helping leadership teams strengthen their financial frameworks, improve profitability and achieve sustainable growth. His ability to combine technical financial insight with a deep understanding of business operations enables him to deliver practical, results-driven advice that supports both day-to-day management and long-term strategy.
At SHEETH, Hussein provides financial leadership and strategic direction, ensuring strong governance, effective capital management and a clear focus on growth and value creation.
Natasha Ceviker
CLIENT EXECUTIVE
Natasha is a dedicated Client Executive with a strong passion for fostering meaningful client relationships across the construction and design industries. She excels at building trust, understanding client needs, and ensuring every project delivers exceptional results.
With a background in interior design and experience in the commercial product sector, Natasha brings a well-rounded industry perspective. Her blend of knowledge, insight, and long-standing relationships allows her to navigate projects with confidence and support clients with genuine expertise.
Ahmed Dehaini
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Ahmed is SHEETH’s Operations Director, bringing over 11 years of experience in the construction industry and seven years with the business. He is a strong leader known for building high-performing teams, motivating subcontractors, and driving projects to meet targets and deadlines. With excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Ahmed consistently delivers results while keeping projects running smoothly.
