The new Sydney Fish Market precinct has quickly become one of the city’s most anticipated destinations, bringing together world-class design, waterfront views, and some of Sydney’s most exciting hospitality concepts. At SHEETH, we are proud to have contributed to this transformation by delivering two standout projects within the precinct: Touch Wood and Little Red.
Located in the heart of Glebe, Sydney, these projects reflect our commitment to quality craftsmanship, functional design, and seamless delivery in high-profile, high-traffic environments.

Touch Wood Sydney: Refined Dining by the Waterfront
For Touch Wood Sydney, our focus was on delivering a sophisticated and welcoming dining environment that matched the prestige of its waterfront setting. The fit-out was executed with meticulous attention to detail, combining premium materials with precise workmanship.
Key features of the space include custom leather banquettes, walnut timber joinery, marble tabletops, concave stone bar detailing, and refined brass finishes. Each element was carefully selected and installed to enhance both aesthetics and durability, ensuring the venue could perform under daily operational demands while maintaining a refined atmosphere.
The result is a polished, functional restaurant that offers guests a comfortable and elevated dining experience, perfectly suited to one of Sydney’s most prominent new hospitality destinations.

Little Red: A Versatile Kiosk with Big Impact
In contrast, Little Red presented a different kind of challenge. Designed as a compact kiosk within the precinct, the space needed to operate efficiently across two distinct modes: a daytime coffee destination and an evening bar.
Our team delivered a fit-out that balances efficiency, durability, and character. The layout supports high-volume service, while thoughtful detailing ensures the space retains warmth and personality throughout the day and into the evening.
By focusing on smart spatial planning and robust finishes, we created a versatile venue that adapts seamlessly to changing service requirements and complements the energy of the surrounding waterfront environment.

Delivering Excellence in a Landmark Precinct
Working within the new Sydney Fish Market precinct required close coordination, careful programming, and a deep understanding of live hospitality environments. Both projects demanded precision, flexibility, and strong collaboration with designers, operators, and consultants.
From fine-dining craftsmanship at Touch Wood Sydney to the agile, high-performance design of Little Red, these projects showcase our ability to deliver diverse hospitality spaces within complex, high-profile settings.
We’re proud to have played a role in shaping this iconic destination and look forward to continuing to deliver high-quality fit outs that support exceptional hospitality experiences across Sydney and beyond!
