THE CHALLENGE
Transforming a heritage building for the Clover Family required careful balance between preserving original features and introducing contemporary finishes. The project demanded precise restoration of heritage brickwork, timber ceilings, and structural elements while coordinating multiple trades under a tight two-week timeframe.
THE SOLUTION
The team meticulously restored the heritage brickwork and repaired timber ceilings, while simultaneously installing new flooring, joinery, partitions, glazing, and soft furnishings. Through disciplined programme management and close coordination with trades and suppliers, the project was delivered on schedule, blending the building’s original character with modern enhancements.
