THE CHALLENGE
Delivering AALIA Wine Room as a sibling venue to AALIA in the heart of Martin Place required balancing refined hospitality standards with a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. The space needed to support sophisticated dining and wine service while remaining welcoming and suited to casual socialising.
