THE CHALLENGE
Delivering a major refurbishment across three levels in a prime Sydney CBD location required careful planning, precision execution, and strict scheduling. Located above the Louis Vuitton flagship store, the project needed to be completed with minimal disruption to neighbouring tenancies while achieving an exceptionally high standard of finish within a tight timeframe.
THE SOLUTION
SHEETH delivered a comprehensive transformation of Levels 5, 6, and 7, creating a luxurious Clubhouse that reflects the spirit of the CUB brand. The project included a new internal staircase, bespoke bar, feature fireplace, and extensive custom joinery and stonework, all executed with meticulous attention to detail. Works were carried out outside standard operating hours, enabling completion ahead of the launch event.
