THE CHALLENGE
Est Lighting wanted a fit-out that enhanced the beauty of their existing building while showcasing their lighting products in a functional and visually engaging way. The project required balancing an expanded fit-out scope with budget constraints, integrating client-driven design changes throughout, and creating unique, immersive spaces that highlighted their products’ features.
THE SOLUTION
SHEETH delivered a harmonious and sophisticated space by working with the existing finishes and incorporating specialty render finishes, curved island joinery units, and curved steel and glass viewing panels. Est Lighting products were strategically featured throughout, with standout areas such as the galaxy room and light tunnel creating immersive, mesmerizing effects. An oversized mirrored pivot door amplified lighting effects while adding depth and intrigue. The project was completed within a six-week program, achieving a visually stunning, functional environment that met the client’s goals, stayed on budget, and earned their full satisfaction.
