THE CHALLENGE
The project required transforming a three-level space into a highly functional and visually sophisticated environment, including a rooftop terrace and dedicated events area. The challenge was to integrate luxury finishes and unique design elements, such as curved reception walls, bamboo-clad ceilings, and custom detailing, while maintaining a cohesive flow across multiple levels and ensuring the space remained practical for events and daily use.
THE SOLUTION
We delivered a seamless fit-out that brought the design intent to life. Bamboo-clad ceilings in the reception, boardroom, and Level 5 added warmth and texture, while the reception’s curved walls created a striking optical illusion. High-end finishes including marble benchtops, rose gold tapware, and custom curtains were carefully installed to elevate the overall aesthetic. The rooftop terrace and events area were integrated thoughtfully to combine functionality with architectural sophistication, providing a flexible yet elegant environment.
