THE CHALLENGE
Delivering SHEETH’s first development for Liuzzi in Hervey Bay required managing a complex change of use across multiple tenancies. The project involved strategic subdivision, major compliance requirements, safety upgrades, and external façade works, all while enhancing the centre’s appeal for future high-end retail tenants.
THE SOLUTION
SHEETH delivered a comprehensive redevelopment that included the subdivision and enhancement of two commercial tenancies, a 600 sqm change of use, new common amenities, and improved emergency access. The cinema amenities were fully upgraded, and a complete façade refacing was completed to elevate the centre’s visual profile and market positioning.
