THE CHALLENGE
Transforming Kuro Bar and Dining into a high-end, narrative-driven dining space required delivering an incredibly detailed and technically demanding fit-out within 12 weeks. The heritage building presented structural and access constraints, and the design called for complex custom elements including precast concrete, intricate lighting features, and large-scale bespoke installations.
THE SOLUTION
SHEETH delivered the project through precise planning, skilled craftsmanship, and close coordination with the Clover Family and design team. Custom components such as the solid concrete chef’s table, 6,000-piece hand-strung shell chandelier, and timber portals were meticulously fabricated and installed, all while navigating heritage requirements and limited site access without compromising quality or timeline.
