HOW WE DELIVERED
ENGAGEMENT
- Worked closely with Redlands to align design and functional requirements from the outset.
- Incorporated client feedback into building layouts, amenities, and infrastructure planning.
- Coordinated stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing campus operations.

THE CHALLENGE
Redlands required staff and student accommodation at their Jindabyne High Country Campus, with multiple building types and extensive infrastructure works. The challenge was to manage both the design and construction of interconnected and standalone structures, including civil infrastructure, while ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with Class 1 and Class 3 building regulations.

THE SOLUTION
SHEETH oversaw the project from design through construction, delivering a secondary student accommodation building (Class 3) connected to an existing facility via two corridors. We also constructed a 12-tenancy staff accommodation building (Class 3) and a free-standing family home (Class 1). Comprehensive civil infrastructure was installed to support all new structures, ensuring seamless integration with the campus while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.
