THE CHALLENGE
Delivering a 1200m² high-end office on Level 46 of Australia Square came with significant complexity, including a circular core, a curved façade, and the need to unify three former tenancies into one cohesive space. The challenge was to create a refined workplace that aligned with Servian’s brand while seamlessly navigating structural constraints, height access logistics, and the intricacies of a premium tower environment.
THE SOLUTION
Through close collaboration with structural engineers, architects and the client team, the space was re-imagined from the ground up. We demolished the three existing tenancies, reconfigured the layout to follow the natural curvature of the building, and delivered a new fit-out that balanced engineering precision with design intent. The result is a unified, sophisticated workplace that enhances brand expression and elevates the employee experience.
