THE CHALLENGE
We sought to create a headquarters that reflected the cultural heritage and historical architecture of Marrickville while delivering a modern, functional office space. The challenge was to transform a warehouse into an inspiring workspace with multiple zones, abundant natural light, and layered textures, all while maintaining a sense of discovery and flow upon entering the office.
THE SOLUTION
Working with Studio Prineas’ design vision, we delivered a headquarters that balances history and modernity. A simple red brick façade preserves the heritage character, while inside, three thoughtfully sequenced zones create a sense of anticipation for visitors. Natural light floods the space, complemented by on-trend burgundy tones and a variety of textures that transform the warehouse into a bright, inviting office oasis.
