THE CHALLENGE
Delivering That Deli in Riverwood required translating the character of a traditional neighbourhood sandwich deli into a fresh, contemporary hospitality environment. The fit-out needed to balance nostalgic detailing with the practical requirements of a busy walk-in café, creating a space that felt authentic, welcoming and distinctly aligned with the That Deli brand.
THE SOLUTION
Working closely with Studio Frino, SHEETH brought the concept to life through considered construction and detail-driven execution. Warm red tones, tiled surfaces, illuminated displays and traditional deli-style counters were carefully integrated to create a character-filled space that combines classic deli charm with a clean, modern edge.
